Description: Named after one of our favorite camera malfunctions (which we happen to love the results of), this blend consists of Guatemalan, Peruvian, and Brazilian coffees. Roasted just into the first crack, this lightly roasted coffee produces a unique flavor profile that we just can’t get enough of! This cup opens with a subtle brightness and a hint of sweet amaretto on the tip of your tongue. Quickly joining up with notes of almond butter, as well as a bit of caramel, and accompanied by a medium body. Finishing toasty, smooth, and creamy, with a subtle salty back end. Sweet, salty, and smooth, this coffee is one that keeps inviting you to drink another cup… and you know, maybe another.

Shelf Life: An unopened bag will remain tasty for five months due to our processes and packaging. We remove most of the oxygen from each bag during our packaging process and replace it with food-grade nitrogen to lovingly cradle these precious beans for a long time. We use the highest quality bags with one-way valves to retain the low-oxygen environment we create and allow our coffee to off-gas naturally.
